We guarantee quality and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 10 days.

Shipping and handling

Delivery on all orders to the UK (including the Scottish Highlands & Islands), to Ireland and Isle Of Man is just £3.50 per order. No extra charges for Irish deliveries. Most deliveries will require signature on receipt, so please ensure there is someone available to receive the product.

International and overseas orders

Please contact us by email at info@icegrips.co.uk with details of the items you wish to purchase and we will calculate the delivery charge for you, and advise you on how to proceed with the order.

We are unable to export goods to the USA.

Delivery

Orders will normally be dispatched to you in within 10 business days. Availability information for products sold by us on the website and dispatch estimates are just that, they are not guaranteed availability or dispatch times.

Note: If goods arrive in a damaged condition, please inform us as soon as possible in order to rectify the situation. We must be advised within 3 working days of any damaged deliveries so we can investigate with our couriers.

Back order

If your order is not in stock, we will back order for you, delivery may be 6 to 8 weeks. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns policy

We fully support the regulations set down by the Office Of Fair Trading with regard to refunding goods. Under The Distance Selling Act 2000, all customers, except business customers, have the right to return goods (within the legal cooling off period of 7 days) for a full refund of goods.

For goods returned after 7 days we reserve the right to apply charges:

- Goods returned 8-14 days a 20% restocking charge
- Goods returned 15-28 days a 50% restocking charge
- Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded

All replacements and refunds will be dealt with the highest priority. It is the customer's responsibility for the safe return of any goods. We strongly advise using fully insured registered post, proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

If you wish to return goods you must obtain a returns number (RMA) by emailing info@icegrips.co.uk, please tell us your name, address, invoice number, and reason for the request to return goods. We will review your application and send you a confirmation letter by e-mail within 2-3 business days. If your application is accepted, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in the confirmation email.
Please note that packages arriving to us without a valid RMA number will be rejected or returned.

All return package(s) must clearly display this Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package. Packages without this displayed may be returned to sender.

Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package.

The RMA number is only valid for 14 days. Please send your return package within this time period. After that date, you must obtain a new RMA number.

Once the return is received, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.

Note: You will be responsible for all costs involved in returning of the product.

Refunds or replacements shall not be given if the product has been wilfully damaged, modified, repaired or is not in a saleable condition. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods, less any delivery charges.

You will be charged delivery for goods to be returned to you where the fault is not ours, this includes goods returned as faulty but found to be correct, unauthorised returned goods, goods returned that do no meet with the conditions of this policy.

Any online customer data is not divulged to third parties. We reserve the right to use email and letters received referring to products or service as testimonials, these may be in part or whole but will not include contact information.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will email you from time to time with information about Ice Grips and Blacktoe Limited, such as new products or Christmas posting dates. If you do not wish to receive this information from us please email info@icegrips.co.uk. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- address
- phone number
- email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Personal information collected may be transferred and shared in the event of a sale of the business either in part or whole.
